First Look

When I first encountered the First Look project, it was a 600-page behemoth. A printed directory of plan information for Medicare brokers that had to be painstakingly proofread that took thousands of man hours. It often went to distribution with errors and follow ups to change the plan information. We said no more.

In 2018 we took the First Look book and made it an entirely digital experience. We made it easier for brokers to get only the information relevant to their market, get the plans with the features they wanted, and put a ton of resources and tools right at their fingertips.

And it was a hit. Now in it’s fourth year the site is a centerpiece of the national conference held to start the selling season. Year over year we take feedback from the brokers and add new features, refine the UX, and continue to be emulated by our competitors.
